Guided Physical Relaxation Meditation

This meditation can be done sitting in a chair, sitting on a cushion on the floor, or lying on your back on the floor. The audio guides you through a secular process for systematic relaxation of the body, based in part on the work of Ainslie Meares. Dr. Meares was an Australian psychiatrist whose specialty was relaxation meditation as a treatment for anxiety.
